Live at Chelsea: Wet Wet Wet

Venue: Royal Hospital Chelsea, SW3 4SR

Having sold over 15 million records worldwide, enjoyed numerous No. 1 singles amongst their 30 UK chart hits, 2016 is a particularly significantly year as the band celebrates the 20th anniversary of its classic smash hit album, Picture This.

Bringing some of their most well known songs to the unique setting of the courtyard of the Royal Hospital Chelsea, expect to hear the classics Julia Says, Don’t Want To Forgive Me Now, and of course, one of the longest-standing No. 1 singles in British chart history, Love Is All Around.

Wet Wet Wet frontman Marti Pellow said, “It’s such an honour to be invited into the home of the Chelsea Pensioners to perform as we have such an affinity with those who have served their country.”

Bassist Graeme Clark added, “The Royal Hospital Chelsea provides an amazing setting for a show and we’re really looking forward to playing there.”

Please see for full event information.

As the only concert series staged at this beautiful venue, Live at Chelsea is hosted in a fully seated auditorium in the Royal Hospital Chelsea’s central courtyard – the Hospital itself was founded by King Charles II in 1682 and is home to the Chelsea Pensioners, 300 retired soldiers.

A portion of the ticket sale proceeds will also go towards funding care for the Chelsea Pensioners (retired soldiers) who live at the Royal Hospital, as well as helping to fund the ongoing maintenance of the Grade I listed site.
