With its distinct antipodean sound, Voices New Zealand come to Choral at Cadogan as part of their 20th anniversary tour to Europe. In this unique concert, sound worlds from opposite sides of the globe collide in an exhilarating performance.

The programme infuses the qualities of the ensemble’s pacific origins, with western choral repertoire. This parallel and apparent disparity is the central theme of Voices Of Aotearoa, a hallmark programme by Voices New Zealand. The concert also features Māori musician and composer Horomona Horo performing on a range of Taonga Puoro, traditional Māori instruments, weaving the ancient music and sounds of the Māori people through these songs. The result is an intoxicating concert experience.
